Heidi McIvor-Allen
CEO / Visionary
Heidi launched McIvor Marketing, a full-service digital marketing agency in 2020, after working in the digital, marketing, and media spaces for over 17 years. From Midland, Michigan to Atlanta, Georgia; she now lives in Phoenix, AZ with her husband JP, son Lee, and their two dogs, Fitz and Frank. Heidi is very active in the digital community and is always making an impact where she can. From the Meta Leaders Network to a contributor for Inside Radio to being a Social Media & Digital Execution Specialist, she is also on the Northwood University Advisory Board for Marketing and the Forbes Women’s Group. Outside of work, Heidi is enjoying being a new mom to her son Lee, enjoys playing volleyball, hiking, working out at OrangeTheory Fitness, and traveling to see friends and family.
Jonathan Higgins
Chief Growth Officer / The Ideas Guy
With over 20 years of experience, Jonathan Higgins brings a dynamic mix of digital marketing expertise, business development savvy, and creative strategy to McIvor Marketing. He’s helped local and national brands generate millions in revenue by blending emotional storytelling with data-driven strategy. Jonathan is more than a brand strategist, he’s a speaker, entrepreneur, and interactive media expert who believes people don’t buy products, they buy stories, connection, and trust. Whether crafting campaigns or mentoring clients, he helps businesses communicate with impact.
Outside of work, he’s a proud husband, father, coffee aficionado, and world explorer. He’s also pretty great at foosball…just ask the team.
April Wilson
VP of Client Success / The Calming Voice
April Wilson is a calm, strategic, and deeply relationship-driven leader clients trust to guide their marketing initiatives with clarity and care. Known for creating structured, well-managed experiences, she helps organizations move forward with confidence while feeling fully supported. More than a client success leader, April is a trusted advisor who believes strong relationships are the foundation of meaningful results. With over 20 years of experience in digital marketing and project leadership, she has guided clients from local small businesses to international brands. A Tar Heel by birth and a Floridian by choice, she enjoys time near the water, trips to Disney, and caring for her spirited pack of rescue Pomeranians – proof you can lead with both a sharp mind and a big heart.
Meaghan Cohen

Based in San Diego, Meaghan has a diverse background across many industries including digital media management, operational analytics and optimizations, business excellence, marketing, and customer service. With over 15 years of experience, it truly makes her the best person for our operations role, training and analytics initiatives. McIvor Marketing is lucky to have her leading the charge to help us redefine ROI standards and transparency in digital marketing. Meaghan also is an adventurous soul who loves nature, hiking, volleyball and traveling. More about Meaghan, she has a cat named Frank, she is an amazing nature photographer, and has a knack for making the prettiest charcuterie boards around!
Monika Hockett
Director of Finance and People Operations
Based in the Colorado mountains, Monika Hockett brings steadiness, clarity, and trusted operational support to McIvor Marketing. With more than twenty years of experience in finance, accounting, and human resources, she keeps processes organized, communication smooth, and the team grounded in structure that helps everyone do their best work.
A certified Six Sigma project leader, Monika has led audits, managed large multi state payrolls, and strengthened HR systems across several industries. She is known for her integrity, thoughtful problem solving, and calm, people centered approach.
Outside of work, Monika is a proud wife and mom, a Black Belt who loves staying active, and a dedicated American Red Cross volunteer who brings heart to everything she does.
Ozzy Diaz
Creative Director / Front End Developer
Ozzy Diaz brings over 15 years of experience in WordPress development, PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS—paired with deep expertise in visual effects and design tools like After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. With a decade of agency experience, including three years leading creative teams, Ozzy has delivered impactful work across industries such as radio, automotive, and health & beauty. His background in advertising fuels a strategic approach to design that blends technical precision with creative flair, making him an indispensable part of the McIvor Marketing team.
When he’s not building pixel-perfect websites, Ozzy can be found kayaking, spinning a dragon staff, or watching Barca soccer. He’s a dog lover, cheesecake connoisseur, mouth harp enthusiast, and self-proclaimed kombucha aficionado.
Jesse Flohr
Head of Music & Entertainment
Based in Nashville, TN, Jesse is an experienced marketer with a Go-To-Market focus in the Music & Entertainment vertical, having spent twenty years at major and independent record labels including Universal Music Group / Interscope Records, working with artists such as Lady Gaga, Selena Gomez, Imagine Dragons, Billie Eilish and many more. Jesse is an advisor to the University of Tennessee, Knoxville Digital Marketing Program, as well as a continuous learner who proudly holds Professional Certificates in Digital Marketing (Columbia Business School), Music Marketing and Music Business (Berklee College of Music), and Product Marketing (Product Marketing Alliance). Outside of work, Jesse is a husband, foodie, and dog dad who enjoys traveling and cooking.
Morgan McClymont
Sr. Digital Marketing Manager
Morgan is a Senior Project Manager based in Jacksonville, Florida, with over 10 years of experience managing digital projects across paid search, SEO, social media marketing, email campaigns, programmatic ads, and more. She excels in collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize campaigns and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Morgan is passionate about staying ahead of digital trends and continuously enhancing her skills.
Outside of work, Morgan enjoys spending time with her dogs, Kirby and Duke, watching football, and traveling to attend games. She’s always up for exploring new places and embracing new adventures. Morgan brings enthusiasm and dedication to everything she does.
Sima Stuve
Radio / Music Digital Project Manager
Based in Florida, Sima Stuve brings over 20 years of customer service expertise to McIvor Marketing as Radio & Music Project Manager. Known for her organizational skills and efficiency, she delivers tailored, results-driven client support. Sima excels at launching precise and creative Meta, YouTube, and TikTok campaigns, making her a vital team member.
Her creative spirit shines through video editing, dance, and music. A lifelong learner, Sima is mastering Spanish. Outside work, she enjoys birdwatching, snorkeling, and swimming, embracing Florida’s natural beauty. Sima’s warmth and energy make her an exceptional professional and inspiring individual.
Chrissi Higham
Automotive Project Manager
Chrissi is based out of the Greater Atlanta Georgia area. With a background in project management, training, and photography, she brings a wealth of knowledge to the McIvor Marketing team. She is a wife to a very successful automotive GM, a mom of 3 teenagers, and dog mom. Chrissi’s attention to detail is second to none.

JP has been working in the broadcast media space for over 15 years. From marketing and promotions in his hometown of Chicago, he’s worked on Morning Radio Shows across the United States (Chicago, Philly, Atlanta & Phoenix). He’s passionate about connecting with audiences and entertaining people. So when it comes to clients needing exceptional audio commercials, help with collecting audio testimonials or a remote podcasting producer, and more, he’s your guy! Outside of work, you can catch JP in his new roll as “dad” to son Lee, watching all the sports, especially football & baseball, working out at OTF, and hiking.

Fitz McIvor Allen

Fitz aka Mr. President aka Fitzer are some of his popular nicknames.
At the young age of 13, Fitz has been going to work with his mom Heidi for over 10 years and loving every minute of it! He’s lived in 3 states (Michigan, Georgia and Arizona).
He is ALWAYS the first one to arrive at the office every day. He has his specific spot he likes under the desk for maximum productivity. His passion and zest to support and get the best out of his coworkers are second to none. He might only have one eye but has one of the biggest hearts in the business.

Mood Lifter / Lunch Lover
Frank the Tank aka Frankers aka Frankie. He maximizes his productivity by taking frequent exercise breaks and chasing after his toy carrot or moose. Notorious for taking every minute of his lunch break, he is always curious about what exact time lunch is and what everyone is having for lunch. He’s attentive and responds well to being called by name and called upon.
Now being an older brother to Lee McIvor-Allen, he now has to incorporate more exercise into his daily routine due to the generosity of his new human sibling.
